We currently ship Products within the United States only. Orders are generally processed within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses, carrier delays, or other events outside our control.

Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want your unboxing experience to be as beautiful as your scent.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@ssklabs.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
